How are my products shipped?

The products can be shipped anywhere in Greece, Cyprus and the European Union.

Shipments are made daily except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the charges of the transport companies mentioned in this section and vary depending on the weight of the order and the selected method of delivery and payment.

The calculation of the shipping cost is done automatically from our page. In case of different charge the company contacts the customer for his information. You have the right to choose a different shipping method if the cost does not satisfy you.

The company will make every effort to ship the products within the time limit you have set.

The company is not responsible for delays due to external factors, such as strikes, natural disasters, delays in suppliers, etc.

Users are responsible for the selection of products and their suitability for their needs.

The company does not provide a guarantee for products that are not manufactured / assembled by itself and which it simply resells.

The products travel on behalf of and under the responsibility of the customer and the company bears no responsibility after delivery to a carrier. It is possible to insure the goods with a written order and exit of the buyer.

Deliveries within Karditsa can be made either from the store upon receipt of the customer, or by delivery by a representative of the store at no extra charge.

Shipments outside Karditsa are made either through a courier company with cash on delivery, the cost of which is 3 € in addition to the shipping, or by shipping with payment of the full value of the order one (1) day before the agreed shipment. The shipping is fully borne the recipient. The shipping cost is € 3.00 for shipments to Land Greece and for shipments to Island Greece is € 4. Shipping costs over 50 € are FREE.

For shipments to Cyprus and abroad as well as to Remote / Inaccessible Areas, the official price list and the provided services of SPEEDEX will be valid and the cost will be calculated after consultation. Because the specific service does NOT accept cash on delivery, payment of the entire value of the order is required one (1) day before the agreed shipment. Shipping costs are borne by the consignee and are calculated based on weight or as specified by the carrier.

How can I place an order?

Step 1o:

In order for your order to be valid, a deposit equal to 40% of the total value of your order must be deposited in one of our bank accounts within 2 working days.

Attention : The deposit must be made by name (in the order details) and the copy of the bank deposit must be sent to us by e-mail.

Step 2o:
Payment of the balance of the order can be made in the following ways:
a. Payment of the remaining amount in cash upon receipt of the order at the place you indicate to us (ie cash on delivery + shipping costs).
b. Payment for your order in one of our bank accounts. The deposit should be made by name (in the order details) and the copy of the deposit should be sent by e-mail to info @ m kevents .gr . Upon receipt of the copy of the bank deposit, your order will be sent immediately.
c. Payment of your order upon receipt from our store, in cash or by using a debit card.

How do I find out about product availability?

With the sending of your order you receive within 24 hours an e-mail that informs you accurately about the availability of the products you ordered. You can also send us the codes of the products you are interested in with the e-mail form and within 24 hours you will receive information about their availability. In addition, we are at your disposal every day during business hours to help you with any question you may have. In any case, however, and for your own best service, we suggest that you take care of your order in time.

FOR OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS (out-of-stock) We update our store on an ongoing basis, but we reserve the right to have in the e-shop some item that has been sold out because the shortages are temporary. In case we have an out-of-stock order, we immediately inform the customer about any modification of the order, or cancellation or the new delivery date if desired.

How many candies are included in the prices of wedding and christening favors?

In the wedding favors the price of the products as mentioned on the website includes 5 almond candies and in the christening favors 5 crispy chocolate candies of the company Hatzigiannaki (unless it is mentioned differently in the details of each product - read each product description carefully).

The store MK_EVENTS_DESIGN does not have a printed product catalog. Most of the products we trade appear on our website or are displayed decorated in our store. (32 Hatzimitrou, Karditsa)
